Medication Dosing Guidelines

Semaglutide:
Weekly dosing typically ranges from 0.25 mg to 0.75 mg throughout the 12-week program, based on individual tolerance and provider guidance.

Tirzepatide:
Weekly dosing is up to 2.5 mg for the full 12-week program.

If a dosage increase is recommended at the provider’s discretion, an additional vial would be required and purchased separately.
